1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours, orders are processed and sent for fulfillment via our supplier and cannot be canceled.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
The item is unused and in its original condition (if applicable)

⚠️ Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Minor color differences (due to screen variations)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Email us at hello@pretty-pulse.shop within 7 days
Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

A replacement, or
A full refund (no need to return the item in most cases)

4. Return Process

In rare cases where a return is required:

We will provide the return address (based on warehouse)
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company/payment provider

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., underwear, personal care products), unless they are defective or damaged.

9. Shipping Delays

As we work with international suppliers like CJdropshipping, shipping times may vary. Delays caused by customs, logistics, or external factors are not eligible for refunds.
