  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • After processing, orders are sent to our fulfillment partner (CJdropshipping)

⚠️ During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Time

As we use international suppliers, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 10–18 business days

  • Australia: 8–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

⏱️ Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Shipping on most products

  • Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • You can track your order anytime using the provided tracking link
